Amazon Go experience! From facial recognition to auto-checkout, the Amazon team has done an amazing solution build-up using problem elimination technique. From overcoming users wearing horse masks, switching bags, to replacing items on the wrong shelves and so on. The team has worked on multiple iterations. The combines User Testing & Feedback and MVP launch to learn and improve. The consumers were also willing to participate in these trials, cashing on the experience and novelty.

My experience was smooth and one of a kind at their Manhattan store, Located in: Brookfield Place
