To achieve this, I developed a comprehensive five-year strategic plan that fostered a collaborative online marketplace and empowered our teams to effectively manage growth.
One of my key achievements was leading the recruitment of approximately 10,000 service providers from all corners of Canada, ensuring the delivery of quality services to our customers. I also established an outsourced inbound and outbound call centre to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
In addition, I led and monitored business innovation, transforming business traction into sustainable revenues. By building teams and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, we were able to convert our ambitious goals into tangible results.

In 2007, I founded of Converge Technologies-Pakistan’s first-ever digital media, content, and technology enablement company. The company quickly rose to become the market leader and gained a reputation for managing global brands such as Lux, Dove, Lipton, Knorr, Nokia, Cerelac, and Milkpak. As CEO and founder of Converge Technologies, I played a pivotal role in the acquisition of stakes by WPP through JWT. I led the due diligence process, working closely with PWC from our end and KPMG from WPP’s end, to ensure a seamless and successful acquisition. As part of this process, I also led the business development proposals to secure a promising valuation for our shareholders, leveraging my expertise and experience in the digital media and technology industry.

In addition to these responsibilities, I also played a key role in expanding our product and service offerings, including basic wireless telephony, long-distance internet services, international services, and payphones. As a die-hard Raptors fan, I follow their games closely and revel in their successes. I am also an avid follower of Manchester City and the Premier League, and my passion for cricket is unmatched. Sports run in my blood, and I have played several sports myself, which has instilled in me a love for physical activity and competition.
