Cellntell

Cellntell, a leading electronics wholesale supplier in Canada and the USA, entrusted us with building a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to unlock their online sales potential. Our project involved designing and implementing a roadmap that covered all aspects of eCommerce, including backend inventory management, seamless integrations, and the development of direct-to-consumer websites for both wholesalers and consumers. To ensure that our strategy was successful, we collaborated with Cellntell’s internal teams to restructure their organization and streamline their eCommerce operations. Our focus on deployment, launch, and scaling ensured that Cellntell’s eCommerce business was set up for long-term success.

We achieved a successful integration of the inventory management system to the front end by defining clear SOPs for product nomenclature and inventory and pricing management. We also conducted training sessions for the eCommerce team to manage queries and fulfill orders, enabling Cellntell to launch its B2B Portal in December 2022.

  • Strategy: Our team built a comprehensive B2B and B2C strategy for Cellntell Management, which included clear SOPs and objectives for the project.We worked with the Management Group to formulate the 3-year roadmap of online footprint for the company.
  • Technology Enablement: Our technology experts provided web portal development, UI/UX design, ERP integrations, payment gateway integration, shipper integration, hosting, and security management services to ensure seamless implementation of the eCommerce platform.
  • CRM & Sales Funnel Process: We established a strategy for sales funneling, KYC (Know your customer) protocols, and anti-fraud SOPs, and trained the team to manage both B2B and B2C channels, streamlining customer acquisition and retention processes.
  • Search Marketing: Our team leveraged search marketing strategies to optimize Cellntell’s online presence and achieve a first-page ranking on Google search for over 30 keywords. This helped to draw leads and acquire wholesale customers across Canada.

  • Social Media Management: We managed Cellntell’s social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to engage customers about their competitive pricing and extensive range of products.
  • Email Marketing: Our team managed Cellntell’s subscriber base for email marketing, re-targeting, and database engagement to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Creatives: We excel in developing all branding creatives for the Cellntell group of companies, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand image across all channels.
